[Enter Community specific info here] Job Description The Life Enrichment Coordinator plans and coordinates a variety of programs to provide a vibrant and engaging life for our Memory Care Residents. Duties and responsibilities: Determine residentprogram preferences, talents, and needs through resident feedback, new resident orientation, and communication with resident families. Plan daily and weekly programsto engage residentsto meet their social, physical, emotional, and psychological needs. Assist in planning programs and eventsthat encourage prospective residents to participate in community life and see the value and benefit our community can offer them. Positions available Sunday- Thursday Qualifications 2+ years of activity programming experience preferred A love for seniors!
